Hensel Phelps, one of the largest general contractors and construction managers in the United States, worked with Colorado Arts’ to thematically recap their fiscal year to their executive team. The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) represents state legislators and staff nationwide, hosting its annual Legislative Summit in a different city each year.
